Sage Quest @ 50

I think the sage quest is bugged. Admission should be free for mages at jlv 50, but they still want to charge me 70k zeny or 30k zeny and 50 of each: feather of bird, fluff, clover and feather. I'm pretty sure it's free at 50 even on official servers.

nope, first time going to juno was at 65/50 just a minute ago

You have to accept the charge before they'll offer the scholarship. I was a little confused when I made my sage.

Crap, well i chose to pay half the fee and get the items and now it wont let me go further until i get the items
EDIT: So I don't know if this is possible, but could a GM reset this NPC? I'm stuck on the option of paying & giving him 50 of all these items.
