Mining Hat

We have a custom item that helps out with fishing, but my suggestion is to do the same for mining. A custom hat of some sort that helps out mining and the items that you get from mining (less iron ore, higher % to actually get things instead of stones, ect).

Somewhere on page 3482 section Y in our list of things to do, we actually have plans for a complete revamp on mining so that mining and fishing will be different. God bless us if we ever reach that far on our to-do list.
