It says no speed reductions
Does that mean that my walking speed is not reduced as well?
Or does it only apply to ASPD?

walking speed i think, not 100% sure tho. (id say 80%)

Because with what it says I assumed that my walking speed wasn't reduced
But in fact I walk slower T_T
