hmhm again...i rebooted my pc before re-installing everything and i noticed that all the setup.exe's heRO.exe's were opened (there wasnt anything near the start menu) and they all go down (that closing animation of programs..u know..) including msn....(there were like 15 heRO's and 20 setups o-O") after reboot i re-tried heRO and it opened :D
thanks for all the advices though (yea i still cant type words right)
