Kafra Band

Does anyone know how to get Kafra Band?

I heard it's the first prize of the second Kafra lottery, but I also heard it's not obtainable anymore (and that it was the first prize of the third lottery).

kafra band is item 5020 and doesnt drop from obb. can a GM check if its available on kafra lottery?

Flower band is similar to Kafra Band but KB looks cuter~~ It's almost like a gothic hairband, only not so gothic

Can we make a small quest or add it to Hatter then...or is that asking for too much? o-O

Not planning to make a separate quest, if I would it would be low priority and probably done in 2010

for a 3mdef, 3def upper headgear i'd say just put it in hatter as making a quest for a commonly replaced item of equal or often better value can be found as a drop from enemies, though if requested enough, i guess a quest could be made for it, though not an extremely challenging one for something more for style and "completion" of the game type stuff.
