Error: When Entering Middle of Prontera

[Tirrany]

Whenever I enter the middle of Prontera, it comes up with this error. My friend says it's cos I need the custom patch. But where can I get this custom patch?

If that isn't the problem, can someone please help. If GM's need my character names, it's "Tirrany" and ".Corey." (without the quotation marks).

most likely cause I was in flower form and i crashed you. You need to update your sakray to see up to ep 12 updates at least (preferably get ep 13 while you're at it) to play heRO without crashing due to our events and other things that require your sakray to be updated as much as possible.

It might also have been a new hairstyle or hat, make sure to run the hero patcher from time to time ^_^
