Control Panel help please?

I'm trying to get my character on the control panel, but it tells me I have no characters. Do I need to sync my hero account and my forums/CP account together or something?

Xigbar - Master Smith 99/70

Did you log in using the same username and password that you use to log into the game?
I don't use @main. Do not ask for me there
