Kurogane no Linebarrels

Has anyone watched this yet? It seems to be -somewhat- interesting, but I'm just watching just to see how it turns out.

Don't really like the main character because he's got an ego bigger than the mech he pilots. Everyone else is kind of meh. They killed off one of the main characters that I liked on the show (which I hoped to be another one of those MACHINA pilots), and one of his best friends is working for the governmental defense force, but he doesn't know about it.

Opinions? Questions? Anything at all?

lol I have been watching it. Last episode was pretty cool. The main character is a lil douche tho

The action scenes are pretty cool to, alot of movement. BUt it does not Compare to BlassReiter WICH by the way is a MUST I repeat MUST watch. SO damn awsome XD!!!!!!!!!!

I loved it. But then again i love ALL anime

..'cept Potemayo. But thats another story.

As for the characters they reminded me a lot of the cast of s.CRY.ed some of the characters seem to be interchangable. s.CRY.ed is one of my favorite animes too!

I prefer the manga, wherein the main character ego seem more acceptable, and I actually agree with him at some points (especially when his best friend *died*, I completely feel angered with him), and by vol 2 onward, became much more likable and learned to keep his ego in check, even if he's still a jerk at times.
The anime was too painful too watched, I download it because I love the manga, but was turned down by the anime version of Mr Big jerk.
BTW, IMO Blassreiter was cool, but not on the level of must watch.
