Similar problem even with full installers

even downloading the full installer (i've tried both the non BGM and with BGM), patching Hero and anything I can, I still get this error

Edit: This has happened with fully upgrade Sakray, with both Sakray/KRO installed or with the custom full installer, although I'm aware its a sprite missing error or at least similar (Missing some files), it happen even before the log in screen appear, so I have no mean to tell what's wrong
Yes, when I run Hero.exe or click start on heRO patcher, this bug appear and the screen wont load

Could you give us system specs and operating system?

Window XP - SP2, tried the game with Korean, Japanese and US codes alike
1gb Ram, 512 mb ASUS EN7300GT Silent, 4 GB HDD free in the partition used to install the game pre install, Pentium 4 2.66 Ghz

Hmm. Have you played another RO server before this that used the Gravity folder too?

HDD was formatted 3 months ago
no RO activity since the format

Might have something to do with your computer, I think. Most of the stuff I see you have is pretty old.

However, don't do anything until Pandora comes and checks this topic. She might be able to figure out whats wrong.

I've played on 3 RO server with lesser specs, and AFAIK, RO isn't known to be hardware demanding. Still, even among newer games, so far I only failed to meet requirement with Mass Effect (which especially said that the 7300 series of VGA cards wont work)
The error reported is something that I often get with non upgraded client or missing sprite, but mine is fully upgraded, that's the tricky part.
