Accessary replacement?

Athletic Clip: +2 agi, +10 sp
Hiding Nile Rose: lv 1 hiding, +10 hp

Replacement:
Nimble Neckless: +3 dex, +1 vit

which to replace?

Obviously, the answer is 'none.'

Switch to to the hiding clip *when* you need it, and make sure to give hide key a slot in your hotkey bars so that the moment you switch to the nile rose, hide skill hotkey pops up for use immediately. There's really no reason to constantly keep an ability accessory around until when you need it.

those three are the only accessaries cards I have, and only VERY recently did I get the zerom

I agree with everyone else just rotate the accesssarys when you need them, id say pvp keep what you got on and pvm switch the Hiding Nile Rose for the nimble neckless
