Worst Class for ToH?

Rogue/Stalker is my call...
They have no particularly good Attack skill (of course there is Plagi/Preserve vor trans but the original class can always put those skills to better use), except for DS in Bow Build, but still, then even a Hunter will do better than a Stalker, seing as he has falcon and IC to push the stats...

Without involving regular Novices (yah, just novice, not SN) into this, I'm going to lean actually towards the Rogue/Stalker being the next worst thing. Well stalker is probably okay if he's bow build but you are going to not be doing much good with dagger ones.

DESPITE my saying that, I really would one day love to take my stalker to ToH, but not sure how well he would do in item after hearing about its problems lately =/

The next worst would probably be combo monk maybe, then again they can get them sexy insta asuras off and things <_<

SG and Ninja would probably be really awesome in ToH if played by knowledgable hands. SG has Flying Side Kick for reaching monsters in item and beginning the pwnage, and Ninja will probably never die with good combination of cicada+tatami use (also cutting down on hp healing item use which is always awesome).

I agree with Rika that most non-trans are not a great choice for ToH. As for general worst (aside from Novices) I'll jump on the bandwagon with Rogue/Stalker (if they're not bow build). If they are bow build, however, they can have incredible DPS, high flee, and decent HP (making it much easier).

@conch - I lol'd at your post. Not in a mean way, though - it would suck to lose your homunc. I suppose I've just never fallen asleep during a ToH.

Stalkers can have amazing DPS should they also choose to copy something like Bowling Bash and know to keep preserve up at all times. So you aren't limited to purely Bow Builds.

I believe most classes have the ability to succeed with the proper gear + specific build types.??Some people just need to accept that some builds are easier to do certain things, rather than expect an off-build to succeed just as well.??Like how you can't expect a magic-based Stalker to be successful, but stalkers still have builds that are effective. >_<??

Creators sound like they need to do a lot of farming or spend weeks and weeks with their Homunc T_T

I wonder if any SG would be so determined in ToH to save those maps o_O;

Aw, that sucks Sorry to hear that. I'm planning to take my Creator to the next ToH (which is at 10 PM in my time zone), so I'll make sure to watch out for that - thanks for the warning.

Rika do you think you could hit in the 70-90 range with your priest?

I'm pretty confident I could get around an 80 with my priest o_O;??Factoring in the bonus points, plus the iffy trivia points.??I can also probably count on the Light/Dark Mass Battle, since priests tend to be a huge factor with keeping people alive.??I'd also be forced to participate in the PvP, because I don't have the gear to even attempt bolting things in the Item Trials or the weight to handle it.

Of course, it's sad that all of this is iffy and relying on the extra trials in order to pass the 70 mark, with gear. >3 I doubt any priest would be able to pass with solely the two main trials.

Aiming any higher than that, I'm pretty sure is well beyond my capabilities. I have seen priests score higher in the past x_x; Although it was probably during an "easy" ToH.??I'm going to assume that the difficulty is going to be consistent with last ToH.
