Opening upp the chat window?

There's been a few times lately I've closed it down, and I'm not sure how to get it back up. Is there some hotkey for it or something I'm accidently pressing?

Like braun said, F10 works well.

If you move the window too much to either side, you can usually grab it by its edge, just move the mouse slowly until you find the grab area.
