Question about Stun

I know vit recudes stun duration and gives a resist...
However, is stun from every source equal? Will scream stun me for the same ammount of time as CT as Bash or any other stun source?

Stun duration is only reduced by vit.

Source of stun only influance the chance to stun or not.
