What do you mean by people? You mean, you, yourself, as the player? Oblivion isn't an MMO. There's also running, and if you have Athletics maxed out, you can run WAY fast... which is better than jumping.

NPCs aren't made to jump.

I think you have no idea what Oblivion really is...

And in Oblivion, jumping is slower than walking, AND it kills your fatigue.

So based on what you see your friend do, you take that and apply it to every single person out there who plays Oblivion?

Frankly, based on what you say about stupid jumping, nearly everyone will think of Halo (because jumping there has almost no effect on your run speed).

Just because your friend jumps around like an idiot in Oblivion doesn't mean the rest of us do. As a once-avid player of Oblivion, I take offense when someone discriminates a single game out from the rest because of jumping ability.

Nu. I think she's saying that she knows what Oblivion is because her friends are heavy gamers. She's not saying that her friends jump around like idiots on it
