Regarding Elemental wings

Why are they un-transferable again? I really see no reason for them to be non-transferable... it can't be abused... armor with a pasana card in it is transferable, so whats the difference with the wings? I know this server isn't really about donations and I believe it but when I look at this the only thing i can think is "The only reason they aren't transferable is so we have to pay to transfer them"... because I really see no other reason o_o

And they arrived on the server like 2 years before donation services (was first questable custum equipment I think)

Pansana armor doesn't give you firebolt, +2 all stats, and a palette. All on top of being fire property. Fire wings do. So there you go.

This applies to the other wings too. Just using Pansana/Fire Wings since he did.

(And by transferable, I'm taking it to mean "to another account")
