Where is the DB seller Npc?

Well... I read in this forum that it actually exists an NPC that sells Dead Branches... but... Where is it? xD
I've never seen it and went in search for it.... but couldn't find it.

Moonito (alchemist lvl 9x)
Potero (alchemist (pots) lvl 8x....)
Vanilmirth (vanil lvl 7x [I put it like a character cuase it does much more than my 2 alches together Icon_razz])

along the left of Pront Fountain. With the Kafra and the PvP warper. Just up a little more.
