Question about safety wall

Hi!

I have a little question about safety wall

The thing is... if you use a safety wall on an agi type character... the safety wall loses durability if the character dodge the attacks?

I mean... lets say I have 95% flee versus a picky... if somebody uses safety wall on me... it will last the 10 or 11 attacks of picky, or it "stacks" with my agi and only block when I really need it? (like kyrie eleison does....)

Even if you dodge it'll still count as one protected attack.
