How to get to niflheim and nameless

I used to play in other server with warp (but i didnt have to unlock them) so i dont know how to get there Icon_razzIcon_razz

Can SB tell me plz?

MoonyP (Battle Sage lvl 8x .... [yes, a Battle sage.. you're not getting blind xD])
Moonito (alchemist lvl 9x)
Potero (alchemist (pots) lvl 8x....)
Vanilmirth (vanil lvl 7x [I put it like a character cuase it does much more than my 2 alches together Icon_razz])

Nameless = South of Veins (dock). You don't need to do the quest here.

Nifl = Through Umbala Dungeon, and through the Tree roots.
