Question about fiber lock

Well... I have a battle sage, but still a sage Icon_biggrin

I wanted to know if I can throw fiber lock directly at monsters/payers or if I have to throw it at the floor and they have to step in it to be affected (like ankle snare needs...)

Thanks

MoonyP (Battle Sage lvl 8x .... [yes, a Battle sage.. you're not getting blind xD])
Moonito (alchemist lvl 9x)
Potero (alchemist (pots) lvl 8x....)
Vanilmirth (vanil lvl 7x [I put it like a character cuase it does much more than my 2 alches together Icon_razz])

RE: Question about fiber lock

Fiber Lock is a professor's skill, so you have to reborn before wondering about it Icon_razz

And, for answering your question, u have to throw it on the floor.

RE: Question about fiber lock

Nice! I know I have to reborn..... Not really easy to train a BattleSage, nobody want to party you cause you can't go nameless XD.

RE: Question about fiber lock

That's probably because there isn't a reason to make a battle sage on these rates... especially for lvling. That's like making a shield sader and lvling it up slowly when you could make an agi or GC sader and lvl it fast then reset it later

RE: Question about fiber lock

well battle sages are fun. And them being agi makes them cheap and relatively fast to lvl up. The only thing they need is a dagger of counter, which goes around for quite cheap because nobody ever uses them.

well yeah they have limited training spots, but if you're in a rush for trans ppl usually go to mosc anyway...

I don't see why they would need a dagger of counter. A battle sage relies only on hindsight for damage and the bolts go off even when you miss. Dealing no damage with physical is even preferred, that way a supporting priest could Lex Aeterna your target without you breaking it on every hit.
