NOTE: I am missing a few NPCs, due to the fact that I was never sent to them. Feel free to post the locations of the ones not listed.
The quest starts with a man in Toy Factory 1, right in front of the portal to Toy Factory 2. He will then tell you to proceed to one of the following NPCs in various locations. After each NPC visit, you need to return to him.
These kids have all been good, and he wants you to bring two of them at random 1 red stocking and 1 green and red gift box.
- Nico is in the Eastern Prontera Library.
- Yuriko is in Hugel. Bottom left corner, near the Racing NPCs.
- Ritsu is in Ayothaya
- Nekomi is in Geffen, hidden under a tower-thingy.
- Nanase is in Izlude.
- Misami is in Alberta.
- Mina is in Rachel. I think it's the Pope.
- Michelle is in Moscovia.
- Yumi is in the Amatsu (43,106).
After delivering gifts to two of the above kids, you return to the man in Toy Factory for your next delivery. There's been bad children too, and he wants you to deliver 1 red stocking and 5 coals to one of the following below.
- Tarra is in Prontera Culverts. You'll need to talk to the Recruiter in the Knights Guild in Prontera, located at the top left to have access to the Culverts.
- Sekihan is in the Coal Mines aka Mjolnir Dead Pit
- Nikoles is in Payon Dungeon
- Kira is in the Pyramids.
- Mizuko is in the Bylan Dungeon 1.
Return to the man again and he will instruct you to deliver 1 red stocking and 1 green and red gift box to one of the following kids in remote locations.
- Spheran is in Ice Dungeon.
- Riko is in Geffen Dungeon.
- Rika is in the Clock Tower.
- Nayata is in the Sunken Ship.
- Lilianna is in Orc Dungeon.

Go back to the man and he will have you deliver one last thing to a girl who recently died and now inhabits Niflheim. You will need to deliver 1 red stocking and 1 Precious Memories to her. You can get Precious Memories from the Santa Girl MvPs that spawns in all towns.
- Sylvia, in Niflheim Inn.
She will be on the upper floor of the Inn.
After all that, go back to the man in Toy Factory 1, and he will direct you to Grandma Kathy.
She will ask for:
- 25 Fluff
- 10 Lucky Cookies
- 5 Yarn
- 1 Fried Grasshopper Leg -OR- 1 Fried Monkey Tail.
Once you bring her those, you can choose to have a new headgear knitted for you. Information below.

Additional Rewards
After she knits you a scarf or hat, she will ask for a donation of 20k. Give the donation to the orphanage, then she will put a good word in for you to Emiri, who you can do a raffle with to get previous year Christmas headgears and possibly this years as well.
Raffle tickets cost 2 million zeny, or you can do one of three quests.
You can help Queen Bee (gets you the Bee Wings), Leon (gets you the Frozen Diadem) and NPC for Observation Wings.
If you already completed the quest for the Bee Wings or Frozen Diadem or Observation Wings, choose the option to help Emiri's friend, and select the quest accordingly. Doing so, will get you a raffle ticket.
