The GM Assistant is an NPC in the center of Prontera who can help players in a variety of ways, as detailed below.

Change Game Options
This function allows you to change various game options so that they default to a certain setting each time you log in. The following options are available:
- Toggle @main on or off
- Turn @autoloot on (100%) or off (0%)
- Show or hide @showdelay notifications
- Show or hide @showexp notifications
Collect a Prize
Occasionally the GMs will set up this option to grant prizes to certain players who have participated in events or contests. If you qualify, simply select this option to claim your prize(s)!
Redeem Vote for Points
Selecting this gives you the option to spend any points you've accumulated by voting for the server (see: Vote For Points for details on how to gain points and what prizes are available).
Turn in Blank Cards
This option allows you to turn in sets of 10 Blank Cards (obtainable by fighting monsters with the Spare Card headgear equipped) for various prizes. Prizes include consumables, chance items, gold, exp, and more.
Veteran Rewards
Veteran Rewards are given to heroes whose accounts have a novice who has at least reached Prontera for at least 3 months, and may be collected every month by a character that is level 90 or above (only one character per account per month). Veterans that are over 1 year old or over 2 years old get extra rewards. You also get a bonus every 3 times you collect your rewards. All rewards are account bound.
Empty accounts, or accounts with characters that are only in Novice Island do not count. The 3 months date requires the account to have 1 character that has been to Prontera at the very least.

- 2 Chewy Ricecake
- 2 Tasty White Ration
- 10 Level 10 Blessing Scroll
- 10 Level 10 Increase Agility Scroll
- 1 Life Insurance
- 1 Token of Ziegfried
Bonus Rewards include:
- 1 Enriched Elunium
- 1 Enriched Oridecon
- 1 Enriched Elunium & 1 Enriched Oridecon
Start an Automated Event
You can start an automated event with an Event Bag in your character's inventory. You can then select which event you'd like to host from the list. A server-wide announcement will be displayed to alert everyone that an event is starting, along with instructions on how to participate.
There are currently four automated events at this time:
- Mini-Muspel
- Mystic Tower
- Fabre Tame
- Novices vs. Taini
- Poring Smash
- Wordzzle
- Zombie Run
