The Item of the Day quest is a repeatable EXP quest specific to heRO. Speak to any Healer NPC (there is one in every town), and choose the option "Help with what?"
Note: This option will only be available if you have not already hit the limit on the quest for the day, and if the War of Emperium is not active.
She will tell you she is in need of certain supplies, which changes on a day-to-day basis (see the list below). You may turn in up to 3 sets of items to the Healer per day. For each set you turn in, she will give you a choice between receiving:
1. Base EXP 2. Base+Job EXP 3. Job EXP
So be careful about spamming the enter key!
You will be asked for different items depending on which day of the month it is. So for example, on the 9th day of each month, you will be asked for 23 Frills. The items for each day are as followed:
