1. Speak with Cate in Lutia Prison (lu_prison 95, 196).
2. Inquire with Cate and ask what's wrong. Offer to help her. At this point you will need to complete the Erland bounty.
3. Walk near Erlands cell at 17, 118.
4. Erland will stated that he is sorry for what he has done and that you can retrieve the glove from where he dropped it in Lutia11.
5. Head to Lutia11 104, 34 and look for an invisible NPC named Snow.
6. Return the glove to Cate and she will offer to make you a White Cat Hood or a Cat Ear Beret.
