There are starving Pingvi out in the wild that need your help, scattered across Lutia.
1. Locate a Pingvi in one of the following maps: Lutia03, Lutia04, Lutia07, Lutia08, Lutia09 (The NPC moves around the map).
2. Click and feed the Pingvi Fresh Fish or Kaldian Bream
Note: Fresh Fish is dropped by Tatachos, Ferus, and Kaldian Bream is dropped by Silver Filir/chick, Pingvi, Angvi.
Note: This quest is repeatable instantly.
