- At the Fortuna market (), there is a fairy who doesn't seem to be doing well. Bring him some bread to obtain 3 reputation points.
- Find the homeless fairy again in Marasmius, near the inn (). Bring him a Jacket [0] and Boots [0] to obtain 10 fairy reputation points and hear more about his backstory.
- Meet the fairy again at Fortuna's south dock. He'll ask you to give a letter to his daughter in Carandel.
Note: The letter is not an actual item.
- Talk to the fairy's daughter at Carandel, on the southwest part (). Give her the letter.
- Return to the homeless fairy at Fortuna, and give him a Great Bow [2]. He'll thank you and reward you with 100,000 Base/Job exp and 12 reputation points.
