You can start the quest in Veins by speaking to Jayden (veins 185, 123). To do so you'll need to be a level 65 or above ninja/gunslinger
At first, he'll ask you to fund his research with 5mil zeny.
To continue the quest, you'll need to be level 66 or above

To continue further you'll need to be 68 or above
This task can be quite tedious.
- 20 Gold
- 30 Gold Ring
- 30 Silver Ring
- 3 Treasure Box
To continue you'll need to be 69
This is the final task.
- 50 Fur
- 150 Rune of Darkness
- 2 Black Dyestuff
- 100 Black Bear Skin
- 15 Black Hair
After you get him all those, you'll receive the black scarf headgear.
