As part of the server anniversary celebrations, the Birthday Jester is here to entertain!

General Info

At Fortuna Town, near the Kafra area, you can find the Birthday Jester, who will start a mini-game every 10 minutes. You must be at least Level 70 to be able to participate. To get to Fortuna town, you can talk to the Faeheim Envoys in Alberta's docks or Beacon Island just west of the Kafra area. A fairy in Prontera also offers warp services while the mini-games are available.

There are a total of 6 Mini-Games, which are listed below along with their start times:

XX:00 Casino
XX:10 Poring Search
XX:20 Pingvi Race
XX:30 Survival
XX:40 Crystal Tame
XX:50 Tap

At these times, the Jester will broadcast a message seen throughout Fortuna town as well as Prontera, and you will have 1 minute to talk to him to join the announced mini-game. Some games require several players to sign up, while others you can join solo. Once you participate in a total of 12 games, you will receive a prize from the Birthday Jester.

Casino

Play Casino games and win big!

Required Players: None
Recommended Level: None
Forbidden Items:

  • Iron Plate
  • Rusty Screw
  • Marin Doll
  • Angeling Doll
  • Drops Doll
  • Poporing Doll
  • Arcangeling Doll

Other Restrictions:

  • No Pets
  • Carts are removed

At a Hugel-inspired custom area, you have a few minutes to play some casino games. At the slot machine you can get prizes directly from the NPC, while the Crane Machine gives dolls. Your reward at the end of the mini-game will depend on how many dolls you were able to collect for the Jester.

To use slot machine you'll first have to repair it. After checking the machine's wiring or kicking it, you will have to obtain 1 Used Iron Plate and 4 Rusty Screws from the tiny robots that spawn around the casino area. The robots are harmless, have very low HP and take 1 damage from all hits.

After repairing the slot machine, you can play by spending 1,000 zeny per try. The slots will land on 3 symbols and you'll get a prize depending on the results. If you need Zeny, you can hunt tiny robots and sell their loot to a Scrap Dealer in the casino.

Possible Slots Rewards:

1 Poring = 1 Poring Coin
2 Porings = 5 Poring Coins
2 Diamonds = 1 2carat Diamond (10,000 Zeny sell price)
2 Lucky 7 = 1,000 zeny
3 Clovers = 1 Four Leaf Clover (45,000 Zeny sell price)
3 Hearts = Either Heart Hairpin, Love Bear Hat, Love Bacon Bubble, Love Cake Bubble, or Love Tentacle Bubble
3 Diamonds = 1 3carat Diamond (27,500 Zeny sell price)
3 Lucky 7 = 50,000 zeny and 3 Hugel Prize Medals
3 Porings = 10 Poring Coins and 1 Poring Card

To use the Crane Machine, you will need to spend Poring Coins obtained from the slot machine (1 coin per try). Once you start playing, you can direct the machine via dialogue options to try to grab a doll. There are 5 different kinds: Drops, Marin, Poporing, Angeling and Arcangeling.

Once the Jester announces the mini-game is ending, you can turn the dolls in to him. A few seconds before the next mini-game is announced (XX:10), you will be automatically warped back to town. If you did not turn in your dolls to the Jester by then, you will not obtain any prizes for them.

The Jester's prizes will depend on how many dolls you bring:

1 Gift Box for your first Drops Doll, then 1 more for each 2 after that.
1 Oridecon for your first Marin Doll, then 1 more for each 2 after that.
1 Elunium for your first Poporing Doll, then 1 more for each 2 after that.
1 Old Blue Box for your first Angeling Doll, then 1 more for each 2 after that.
1 Old Purple Box per Arcangeling Doll.

If you have at least 1 of each kind of doll you will also receive 2 Hugel Prize Medals, 1 Delicious Cake and 1 Gold.

If you have 8 to 19 dolls of any kind, you will receive 3 Hugel Prize Medals.
If you have 20 or more dolls of any kind, you will receive 5 Hugel Prize Medals.
