To obtain a God Item, all the ingredients for the one you want need to be collected onto one character.
Please note that the rest of the official God Item Quest is ignored on heRO, you only need to collect these items.
Then, until the completion of the Pandora's Box Quest, a support ticket needs to be sent in, so Pandora can recall you to the NPC to create the item.
