Mod list needs an update. Going back to Portal 2 now.

Hey, I think the moderator list also needs a small update too. Its a little out of date just glancing at it real quick, but I don't really know where to get that info at so GM's do this one for me. :P

Apart from one addition, it is pretty much up to date. The list contains everyone who has a GM level 1 account.
