Note: This Quest is repeatable.
1. At Hugel, behind the Tool Dealer Building, talk to the boy named "Young Herder".
2. The boy offers to make you some goat horns, but first requires different types of horns so he can pick whichever look the most similar to goats'. He will request the following:
- 30 Little Evil Horns
- 30 Dokebi Horns
- 30 Horns
- 1 Orange Dyestuff
- 1 Black Dyestuff.
3. Bring the items for him, and he'll create the Goat Horns for you.
