Namingway is an NPC located near Prontera Tool Dealer that helps players with name change requests.
How to get a name change
First, the player must have a GM Service Ticket item in their inventory. These may be obtained from Vote For Points, Fairy Auction or Donation rewards.
Talk to Namingway, and select 3 possible options for your new name. These must abide by the server rules, meaning no racial slurs, insults or swear words and the like.
Next time a GM is on and checks Namingway's requests, he'll select the name from the list if it is available.
And that's it!
