Rough Enriched Ores can be exchanged for Enriched Ores by talking to the NPC Nabhu (174,145) in Payon.

You can exchange:

1. Some custom monsters or high level MVPs have been customized to drop this item.

2. Mystic Tower

If the attendants defeat Orcus at Floor 25 and exit the final door they will receive Enriched Ore x1

3. Received via donation

4. Obtained by trading a certain amount of Muspel Credits.
