I'm only a Wiki admin. I do not have access to the HTTP or backend. I can suggest Panda upgrade to a newer version, but have no control over if it'll get done, or seen as a priority.
To be honest, I don't have an issue with so many of the images being in jpg. Especially pertaining to the ingame screenshots consisting of the custom gears, and NPC quest locations, as RO screenshots are already stored as .jpgs in the first place, so there's really not much image degradation in these by uploading them here as .jpgs, either.
For mob sprites/item sprites/item description pics ripped directly from the grfs and the such, I can understand why you may want .png, but for the others, .jpgs are perfectly fine.
