Quest Start Location: Quest: Doll maker at lutia01 254 262 (Near Garm Map entrance)
1. Talk to Marcus the Doll Maker at Lutia01 (1 south, 1 west of Lutia town) 251,261. Tell him you will help.
2. Go to Lutia14 249,87 (Snow Harpy Map, 1 east, 1 north, 1 west of crystal shore). Talk to the fisherman and he will warp you to pingvi haven, bring 50k to unlock the warp.
3. Walk around the Pingvi map, you will see Pingvi npc called Calm Pingvi, clicking it will give you the option to leave it alone, lure it with Fresh fish/ Kaldiam Bream or take a picture. Luring it with a fish will make it easier to take a picture. If you take a picture and fail, the npc will teleport away and you will have to find it on the map again.
4. Return to Marcus with the picture and he will ask you to bring
