1. Near the north end of Pima Lake (fae_fild11,116,167) there is a man named Clancy. He asks for an unspecified amount of sunflower [0].
2. Bring him 5 sunflowers. It doesn't have to be all at once. He will take all sunflowers in your inventory, so make sure you don't bring more than you need!
3. After you bring him the sunflowers, Clancy will ask you to meet him at Carandel. He is just slightly northeast of the entrance (carandel,171,75). You will then receive 1 Sunflower Hairpin and 15 fairy reputation points.
