While the Coupon Lady is still present, Haircut Coupons are no longer needed for custom hairstyles.
In order to get Styla to fix you up with one of her custom hairstyles, you'll need a Haircut Coupon.
Aside from events and seasonal quests, you can obtain this item by visiting Jenny the Coupon Lady in the building southwest of Prontera 77, 93. Tell her that you're there for a coupon, and she will give you a set of items to collect. These are randomly selected.
Once you've obtained the items she requested, bring them back to her in exchange for 1 Haircut Coupon. It's that simple! If you happen to forget which items she asked for, you can talk to her again and she'll remind you.
