Bugfixes
- Added trigger for Dragon Scale Boots and Dragon's Rage such that these 2 pieces of gears can properly recalculate their Draconic Power bonus upon entering combat without relying on an accompanying Draconic Power gear pieces to update their combat stats
Quality of Life Improvement
- Added display text to all Draconic Gears to notify players that gear stats will update once the player engages in combat
- Added display text to all gears with Near Death effect that gear effects will apply once the player engages in combat
