New MVP, Kingvi

There's a new MVP added only to Bloody Branches for now because we couldn't get it in-time for Christmas. Kingvi has been added to Bloody Branch, with a new gear available, the Undine Spear. Note that the Pingvi Cap mentioned in our db is not available and will not drop. You can check the @mi command results ingame to double check. We'll add Kingvi as a permanent MVP on Pingvi Island in a future update (it's not added right now because it will not spawn like the usual method.) It should be a relatively easy MVP that's suitable for players new to MVPing.

Monster Update

• Snow Queen drops an extra Past Christmas Gear Box instead of Huuma Shuriken Fluttering Snow since that was moved to Kingvi.

Bugfixes

These changes are not reflected in the dbsearcher: the dbsearcher would be showing the old script. These errors are now fixed ingame.

• Engkanto Card should provide 30% bonus like what the item description said
• Shadow Garb Proxy Skin Manteau (Nidhoggur's Shadow Garb)'s sp effect now works like what the item description said. Only took 10+ years for this to be reported that's all.
• Rhythmic Dancer's Ribbon is fixed to be classified as a weapon and not an armor for purpose of where does it show up in Kafra storage
• Warper list should be fixed where some players are getting Ferre's Playground unlocked without visiting it, at the cost of losing another warp's access instead.
• Skoll should drop the proper version of Solar Sword
• Fixed an issue where past MOTM/donation boosts were re-included such that a lot of monsters have unintended double exp or double drop rate.
