Great Fairy Auction

Location
The Fairy Auction will take place at the Caerulia Auction Hall. Players can enter before the auction starts, but the hall will be closed once it begins.
Auction Rules
- There are no bankers inside the hall and players inside cannot trade with one another, including passing zeny.
- No False bids are allowed, and players must have the zeny on hand at the moment of winning a package and trading to be able to obtain it.
- Each player can only win ONE item package at the fairy auction.
- When an item package is not bid by any players, it may be pushed to the next month, with improvements or lower starting bid. This does not apply to recurring packs.
- The minimum bid for each pack is 500k (500,000 zeny), and the hosting GM reserves the right to increase the minimum bid in case of long-drawn out bidding wars, intentional last-second bids, and other similar scenarios.
- Any choice pack must be selected by the end of the auction. Otherwise, players have one week from the day of the auction to send a ticket with their choices, otherwise they lose their pack. Subject to GM Availability.

- Items are auctioned off in the order presented in the Fairy Auction thread.
- There is no exclusivity on any item, or pack, and packs are subject to change without notice.

- Equivalent of a $5.00 Dollar GM Service Donation. Usable for name changes, certain account bound item transfers, homunculus stat re-rolls, etc.

- Winner's choice of the currently available HeRO Helper Hats.
Fairy De-Carding
- Starting Bid 5m
- The winner can choose to remove 1 card from their weapon, armor, garment, etc. The GM will remove the card from the gear, and return both the gears and cards. Only cards that are obtainable from DCA or OCA can be removed.
- Note: Any de-carded FA exclusive gear will lose all normally unavailable enchants and refines.
