Below are noteworthy custom gears applicable to ALL TRANS classes in heRO that should be helpful for almost all classes in their default builds. Note that God Items and MVP Cards are excluded from the list.

Orcus Set

Orcus Bracer can be used for strength based character
Harthoon Heart can be used for magic based character
Quah-Nomag Gloves can be used for any flee based character
Green Babydoll is a generic powerful garment. While it's not as powerful as other trans garment standalone, it's easy to slot with orcus accessories for any offensive build.
Kauvra Boots is a generic powerful footwear. While it's not as powerful as other trans footwear standalone, it's easy to slot with orcus accessories for any offensive build.

"Red" Build

"Red build" uses the Gray set activated with Gray Potion to stay at Near Death status. Near Death is when HP is below 25%, where the HP bar shows up as red and thus it's known as the "Red build". The following gears make up the red build which is available to most trans classes.

Angvi Card combos very well with Gray Helmet to further lean into the red build for physical damage dealers
Gray Armor enables the soft combo of Gray gears for physical classes, and is one of the enabler of the build.
Gray Boots is good for offensive stats. It's notable that even without a red build, Gray Boots standalone provide minor ATK bonus which is still useful.
Gray Cloak is good for getting more perfect dodge even for classes that do not get perfect dodge from Valk Manteau, which is useful for reaching 100 perfect dodge for certain builds.
Gray Helmet is essential for red builds due to the offensive power it provides.
Gray Robe is essential for red builds on casters and ranged attackers.
Gray Shield can be used in a risky red melee build, but it's also decent as a standalone shield due to giving raw HP as a bonus.
