1. After completing the Rachel Sanctuary quest, go into the first floor of the dungeon.
2. Head South and find the NPC Outcasted Follower (127,79). Speak to her and she will tell you about how she is collecting beautiful masks and about how her grandmother used to have thousands of them, until they were outcasted and the masks were lost.
3. She won't tell you anything else, so collect 1000 White Mask (etc item) and return to her with them in your inventory. Note: Unsure on the exact amount of masks, but 1015 works.
4. When you speak to her with the masks in your inventory she will say the same thing she did the first time, but when you speak to her again she will ask if you would like to trade the masks for a treasure.
5. She takes your collection of White Masks and gives you a White Mask that you can wear! It's equipped on the middle headgear slot.
