An astonished artist is inspired by the mighty Wizard's Tower of Geffen and wants to create a new headgear based on the light and dark allegiance's Angeling Helm or Deviling Helm. Bring one of these two helms to the man and work together to create the Angeling/Deviling Tower Hats!

Step 1:

Talk to the NPC in front of Geffen Tower (Middle of Geffen(128,117 ))

Step 2:

He will Require the Follow Items

• 1 poring hat, 1 drops hat, 1 poporing hat, 1 marin hat,
• 1 TOH Hat (Deviling Hat or Angeling hat),
• 100 Fluorescent liquid
• 1000 sticky Mucus,
• 50 Little Ghost Dolls, 50 Poring Dolls
• 25 Blue Bijou (For Dark side) 25 Red Bijou (For Light Side)
• 30 yggdrasil Seeds, 50 Royal Jelly,
• necklace of oblivion (for dark side), Necklace of Wisdom (Light side)
• (10 citrin, 10 biotite, 10 Peridot Deinlu) OR
• (10 Muscovite, 10 Pyroxene, 10 Agate Stagvi)
• (1 Fried Sweet Potato, 1 Autumn Red Tea, 1 Honey Grape juice Deinlu)OR
• (1 Clam Soup, 1 smooth noodle, 1 fried grasshopper legs Stagvi)

Step 3:

You will receive the Tower Hat of your Allegiance with 1 of 2 following stats

• Deinlu: +3 luk, +2 int, +1 dex, Max HP +300, Reduce damage from long range attacks by 6%, Defense 5
• Stagvi: +3 vit, +2 agi, +1 str, Max SP +50, Reduce damage from long range attacks by 6% Defense 5

• In addition you will receive 20 Allegiance points.
