Big Fish Hat
When you wear the Big Fish Hat, it will give you a higher chances of obtaining better items in fishing.
To obtain this hat, you need to to have started fishing and possess a "fish bottle" that you can obtain when you fish from the Advanced Fishing Spot. Talk to the man who showed you how to start fishing and carry a fish bottle with you, and choose the option to talk more with him.
Miracle Man
In Aldebaran there is a rumor of a man who can perform miracles, turning water into wine. Bring him a "Holy Water" with 800 zeny, and be amazed as he turns your Holy Water into a fabulous "Grape Juice"!
Mr. Hatter
Mr. Hatter is a weird fellow from a far away land, he is also unique to heRO. He's been in the hat business all his life, and he has perfected his art to make beautiful headgears. You can find him lurking in the garden in front of Freya's Temple (North of Rachel) enjoying the beautiful scenery. Talk to him and you can initiate the quest for Mr. Hatter.
