1. At Fairyland, walk east from the central plaza. You'll see a road of floating stones. At the end, you'll find a fairy named Fleur.

2. She offers to create a Fairy Flower Hat for you if you bring her the following:

• 50 Soft Silk Robe
• 1 Wedding Bouquet
• 1 Violet Dyestuff
• 1 Bandana

3. Bring her the items and she'll give you the Fairy Flower Hat.
