A strange man has requested your assistance for helping him breed a Peco Peco.
1. Enter the building in Yuno at 134 84. A man will tell you to go talk to him.
2. Speak to Professor Djur, who is to the south of the room. How does he know so much about you we may never know...
3. He'll ramble a bit before asking you if you want to help him with his research: breeding a Peco Peco. If you say yes, he will see if there is a free test tube avaliable. If there is, he'll ask you to pay 100k zeny to him for the specimen, and the space to incubate the egg in. You will need to pay Djur 100k again for the egg specimen and incubator should you fail to breed the peco, or let it die.
4. Djur will direct you to which test tube your egg is in! You can find the test tubes to the north of the room. Now, it's time to take care of your egg. Click on the base of the test tube to interact with your egg. All times are in real-time.

5. Once your Grand Peco is fed and played with twice, it will lay an egg. Better go speak to Djur and tell him about the egg! He'll tell you that the experiment was a great success thanks to you, and present you with a Peco Peco Hairband, and a Grand Peco egg!
