This quest can only be started once the Pollination Situation quest is completed.
Hearing news of your adventures with Pamelly and the merman in the Pollination Situation quest, a bard is filled with inspiration.
- After helping Pamelly with the Sunny Bug problem, a bard friend of hers by the name of Ramsay, located in the northwest part of Carandel (carandel,51,152) offers to create some headphones for you as thanks.
- Bring Ramsay the items he requires, and he'll attempt to create Costume Mermaid Headphones for you.
- 1 Headset
- 1 Fin Helm
- 1 General Rune
- There is a 10% chance the costuming process will fail. If this happens, the general rune will be lost, and you'll have to bring Ramsay another.
Note: This quest is not repeatable.
