The Reset Master can reset your stats and skills, as the name implies. He is located in Prontera, just a few steps southwest from the fountain in the center of town.

Pricing

The Reset Master's prices vary per level. If you are under base level 50, he will provide his services for free. After that, you will be charged a fee.

Level 1~50 = Free & No item requirement.

Level 51~70 = 2k * BLevel for skill or stat; 3k * BLevel for both

For Star Gladiators, they can also pay a 300k flat price to only reset their alignments and oppositions by talking to another NPC within the same building. This is much cheaper than resetting skills solely to reset alignments and oppositions.

To alleviate the pains of accidentally messing up your stat or skill build, you may reset for free within 3 minutes of your last reset.

In addition:

• Transcendent classes over Lv 85 have a fixed price increase of 250,000 compared to a non-trans character of the same level.
• Members of the winning allegiance in Trial of Heroes for the month will also receive a 20% discount on the price
• There is also a Reset Coupon that bypasses all requirements. This coupon can be obtained via events such as Poring Smash, etc.

Item Requirement

To reset your stats, you also need to provide one item of your choice within a small list of accepted items. The item list varies depending on your level.

If you are between Lv 50 and Lv 69, you can bring any one of the following:

• Amulet (Dropped by Munak, Bongun or Hyegun)
• Hinalle (Obtained from Rocker, White Plant and Rafflesia)
• Small Snow Flower (Dropped by Snowring, Santa Snowring, or Ijsbal)

If you are between Lv 70 and Lv 84, you can bring any one of the following:

• Memory Bookmark (Obtained from Rideword)
• Necklace of Wisdom (Dropped by Marse)
• Necklace of Oblivion (Obtained from Rybio and Jakk)

If you are Lv 85 or higher, you can bring any one of the following:

• Torn Scroll (Dropped by Elder and Leak)
• Chivalry Emblem (Obtained from Khalitzburg and Raydric)
• Hand of God (Obtained from Deviruchi, Eye of Surtur or Mini Demon)

Trivia

• Until 2019 the reset master had no NPC cutin.
• Before the reset master update in November 2019, pet eggs and emperiums were required to reset high leveled trans classes.
