Red glasses =+1 int, hatter only.
Only other piece of gear to give +1 int = Noble's Gem. Cost: 25m.
Oh you can try getting slotted sunnies to??and slot them with a carat card :].
STR+1 EWE/AWE = 11m and can be gotten via quest.
This mid head gear is worth at least 11m, easily more. So~!
If this piece of gear sells for 3.5m then ewe/awe prices need to be dropped dramatically.
Jugg I suggest getting far more than 3.5m based off the prices and ways of obtaining other similar items written above.

Yeah it's so worth it that half the server is participating on the auction. Price is most of the time based on demand/supply ratio, since no one wanna buy it for 11mil, at least until now, it's clear the demand on this is pretty low. Much lower than EWE/AWE.
Even if 1 or 2 people appear, it doesn't always show the exact price either.
