Edit by Ayu due to confusion by players about the earlier bribery case:
Aries, Encoder and Bucket Head have their main account (account with their highest level character) ceased and banned. All other related account are released including those of sibblings. All 3 players are welcomed to restart at heRO using a new account or an existing, alternate account, of course we expect them to follow the rules from now on. Hope that this episode will never repeat itself again.

Reminder: knowing about permanently banned people coming back and failure to report it constitute a punishable offense.
