I also like the Anniversary Day rates
Items would be too difficult to distribute and too easy to exploit.
An event sounds nice, but I agree that most likely not everyone can participate.

All I can say about headgears is that they at the very least need to be storable xD Although lots of headgears are needed...lots..and lots..of headgears
I'm more for a small increase in rates if thats any matter. That and a nice poring smash randomly throughout the day would make a nice change.

The extra exp thing sounds good, but what about an extra ToH this month instead? There seems to be a lot of people who can't always make it, and having 2 would probably accomodate more people.
